As local as it gets, distilled down the road at Summerhall. Classic London dry style with Juniper leading followed by citrus and sweet anise. G&T served with pink grapefruit. 42% ABV


Pickerings 1947    4.40

Made to the original Pickering's gin recipe recorded in India in 1947. Cinammon replaces angelica root used in the regular version to give a spicier and sweeter gin. Drink with tonic, ginger ale, or even Irn-Bru! G&T served with orange slice. 42% ABV


Pickerings Sloe    4.50

Traditional fruit gin from Summerhall's Pickering. Made by steeping sloe berries in Pickerings gin. Tradionally drunk as a winter warmer, this also makes a refreshing G&T especially served with lemon tonic. G&T served with with lemon slice. 29% ABV
