White rum from St Lucia's Chairmans Reserve. Aged like the rest of their rums but then filtered to remove colour whilst keeping it's rich flavour notes of sugar cane, candied apple and smoked wood. Designed to be mixed and makes for an excellent daiquiri or mojito. 43% ABV

Chairmans Spiced 4.20

Spiced rum from St Lucia's excellent Chairman Reserve. Packed with tropical flavours including vanilla, cinammon, ginger, allspice, orange and bois bande (West Indian aphrodisiac). Good enough to sip neat or if mixing try with ginger ale or cola. 40% ABV

Excellent example of Rhum Agricole from Clement of Martinique. Intense and pungent with grassy and herbal flavours alongside sugar cane. Traditionally served in a Ti Punch, is also delicious in a mojito or daiquiri. 40% ABV

Diplomatico Exclusiva 4.75

One of the most awarded rums out there. This incredible Venezuelan dark golden rum is matured in whiskey barrels for up to 12 years giving a rich, sweet and fruity rum full of cocoa, vanilla, and plum notes. Makes an excellent rum old fashioned. 40% ABV

Dark Matter 4.50

Unusual spiced rum from Scotland's first rum producing distillery in Banchory. Made using pepper, fresh ginger, green peppercorns and allspice. Makes a great dark'n stormy with ginger beer. spiced rum old fashioned or just mixed long with lemonade. 40% ABV

Demerara rum from Guyana's famous Diamond Distillers. Aged for 3 years and then charcoal filtered. Sweet, smooth and characterful. Goes well with most mixers but we recommend trying in a Daiquiri. 40% ABV

Guyanese gold demerara rum from the award winning El Dorado. Rich and fruity, this one works with most mixers but makes for a pretty special daiquiri. 40% ABV

Flor De Cana 7yr 4.30

This sugar-free dark golden rum from Nicaragua is the world's first carbon neutral and fair trade certified spirit. An excellent rum for it's price, is great for mixing with cola or ginger beer but worth trying with just a dash of soda. 40% ABV

Koko Kanu 4.30

Excellent full strength coconut rum from Kingston, Jamaica made with natural coconut essence. One of the key ingredients for our pina colada, works great just mixed long with pineapple juice or cola but also makes a pretty special coconut daiquiri. 37.5% ABV

Kraken 4.30

Black spiced navy-style rum named after the legendary sea monster. Rich and spicy with notes of vanilla, toffee apples and Caribbean spices. Goes well with apple juice or cola but also makes for a great mojito. 40% ABV

Pussers Gunpowder Proof 4.75

One of our favourites. A traditional higher proof British Naval rum with rich notes of treacle toffee and honey alongside cinammon, nutmeg and ginger cake. Mixes well with pineapple, apple or cola but also makes a great old fashioned. 54.5% ABV

Pussers Red Label 15yr 6.00

Fantastic 15 year old navy rum from Pussers made with a blend of rums from Guyana. Bursting with molasses, stewed plums and an underlying coffee warmth. Best sipped neat in our opinion but also works well with pineapple or cola. 40% ABV

Ron Zacapa Solera 23 5.95

Awesome award-winning rum from Guatemala made with raw sugar cane and aged up to 23 years. Good enough to be sipped neat over nice but also mixes nicely with cola. 40% ABV

Sailor Jerry 4.25

Iconic spiced rum with notes of vanilla, nutmeg, cinammon and ground ginger. Goes down easy mixed with cola or ginger beer but also worth trying in a spiced spiced mojito. 40% ABV

Intersting spiced rum from Edinburgh's Sweetdram. Aged Guyanese rum is spiced with lime leaf, chamomile, fig and lapsang tea to give a smoky edge. Try mixed with ginger beer or in a spiced Daiquiri. 41% ABV

Velho Barriero Cachaca 4.10

An excellent traditional cachaca bursting with sugar cane and complex vegetal flavours. Makes a mean caipirinha. 39% ABV

Our house tequila. Distilled at the famous Casa Orendein, Jalisco and like all our tequilas, is made from 100% agave. 38% ABV

Batanga Reposado 3.95

Our house tequila. Distilled at the famous Casa Orendein, Jalisco, is made from 100% agave and aged for 4-6 months in Bourbon barrels. 38% ABV

Del Maguey Vida 4.90

Spicy and smoky mezcal from the renowned Del Maguey. Organically made in San Luis Del Rio from 100% Agave Espadin and bottled unblended. Makes for a wonderfully smoky Mezcal Margarita. 42% ABV

Illegal Reposado Mezcal 5.40

Award winning reposado mezcal from Oaxaca, Mexico. Aged in charred American oak for four months to give notes of rich caramel, soft wood smoke and baked agave. Lovely stuff. 40% ABV

Madre Mezca 5.50

Traditionally made Mezcal from Oaxaca made using a mix Espadin and Cuishe agave. Notes of sweet grass and fresh herbs with an aromatic smoke and peppery finish. We recommend sipping this one neat. 45% ABV

Montelobos Joven 5.10

Unaged organic mezcal from Oaxaca made with 100% Espadin agave. Notes of green bell pepper, roasted agave and gentle wood smoke. Great for sipping or mixed in a cocktail. 43% ABV

Qui Qui Ri Qui 4.70

A great starter mezcal for those looking to get into the traditional spirit. Made in the town of Matatlan from Espadin agave. Sweet, vegetal and earthy notes wrapped up in bonfire smoke. Delicious. 45% ABV

Don Julio Repesado 4.90

A special reposado tequila from Don Julio. Aged for just under a year to create a smooth and balanced tequila with notes of white pepper, butterscotch and cinnamon. 38% ABV

Herradura Anejo 5.30

Another multi-award winning tequila from Casa Herradura. Aged for 25 months in Bourbon barrels giving a remarkably smooth sipping tequila with notes of cooked agave, toasted oak and dried fruit. 40% ABV

Herradura Plata 4.90

100% Blue Agave tequila from the Sierra-Madre mountains based Casa Herradura. Aged for 45 days in American Whiskey casks for a clean and crisp tequila with notes of smokey vegetables, pepper and ripe pears. Perfect for a margarita. 40% ABV.

Herradura Repesado 5.00

Launched in 1974 by Casa Herradura and picking up a double gold at the San Francisco World Spirits awards, this tequila was also the world's first commercially produced reposado. Aged in American Oak for 11 months to give notes of caramel and vanilla. Great sipped neat but also makes for a supreme margarita. 40%

Ocho Blanco 4.50

An excellent tequila from Ocho with mineral rich agave and a herbaceous zesty character. Makes a great sipper as well as margarita. 40% ABV

Ocho Reposado 4.60

Reposado Tequila from the excellent Ocho range, made with agave grown on a single estate rested in oak casks. A great example of how wonderful Tequilas can be. 40% ABV

Tapatio Blanco 110 5.00

Special edition of the classic tequila bottled at a higher strength 110 proof giving a punchier flavour profile full of vibrant agave and pepper spice. Sip this one neat or try with your favourite mixer or tequila cocktail. 55% ABV

Our house bourbon. Kentucky straight bourbon containing a high rye content in the mash bill and aged in heavily charred casks to give a rich and spicy bourbon with notes of vanilla fudge, coffee and toasted buns. 40.5% ABV

Wild Turkey 81 Rye 4.40

Quality rye whiskey from Wild Turkey. Notes of black pepper, rye, toasted oak and just ahint of toffee. Perfect for a manhatten or old fashioned. 40.5% ABV

Wild Turkey 101 4.60

Famous Kentucky straight bourbon from Wild Turkey is a blend of 6-8 year old whiskeys bottled at 101 proof. Despite the high ABV, this is beautifully balanced with notes cinnamon and pepper spice with sweet vanilla and butter toffee. We recommend trying in an old fashioned. 50.5%

Wild Turkey Rare Breed 5.20

Excellent small batch cask stregth bourbon from Wild Turkey is a blend of 6-12 year old whiskeys. Notes of roast nuts, pepper spice, salted caramel and tobacco. 56.4% ABV

Buffalo Trace 4.35

Class Kentucky straight bourbon made from corn, rye and malted barley. Complex aromas of vanilla, toffee apple and sweet spice lead. 40% ABV

Canadian Club 4.15

Made in Ontario since 1858, this is a great example of Canadian style whiskey with high levels of rye and barley malt. Aged for six years in oak for a smooth flavour with notes of barley sugar, grain and vanilla. Great mixed with soda or ginger ale. 40% ABV

Daddy Rack 4.75

Small batch straight Tennessee whiskey. Aged for three years and filtered through maple charcoal for smoothness. Flavours of toffee popcorn and burnt toast with a touch of cinnamon spice on the finish. 40% ABV

Horse with No Name 5.70
